The founder, Lizzie Schupbach, has a degree in Psychology which fuels her interest in books written by and backed by psychological research. Taking a critical lens to the information she reads, Lizzie curates the most important information and communicates it in a way that is accessible to all – without needing a Psychology degree to understand it!
